Cah Kangkung is popular Asian vagetable dish. It is Asian food origins. It is well known as Sauteed Water Spinach, or they are called by “Tumis Kangkung” in Indonesia. Cah kangkung gets stir fried with sweet soybean sauce, huge slices of garlic, bird’s-eye chili and shrimp paste.
